Education Mini-Grants
The water quality mini-grant program is administered by the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Montana (SWCDM) with assistance from the DEQ NPS Program. SWCDM provides funding in the form of mini-grants to fund local education and outreach efforts that address nonpoint source pollution and water quality issues. Examples of previously funded projects include workshops, conferences, training, and student field studies. Mini-grants are available on a biannual basis (spring and fall) and funded projects need to occur within one year of being awarded.
